On 2nd April 2016, we received an email regarding 5000pcs customized tactical tool bags from a Spanish customer. Customer told us that he got our contact from his friend and noted that we were a outdoor tactical products manufacturer.
After the quotation, he had some problem in price but wanted to start a sample tactical tool bag firstly to compare quality. Then we made a sample of tactical tool bag according to his detailed pictures and sent to him on about 10th April. When customer received this tactical tool bag sample, he felt good and said that the quality of our sample was very good, the embroidered LOGO is very clearly , the 100% polyester material with waterproof, and it is very convenient for workers to use.
15 days later, customer confirmed the order on 1st May to us. Since this was the first order, the customer requested to complete the order within 45 days. After received the deposit on 5th May, we had prepared the materials at the first time and confirmed the packing and shipment details in a short time. We shipped all goods on 10th June, which was10 days earlier than the delivery date requested by the customer.
After the customer received the bulk and let QC checked quality , he was very satisfied for tactical tool bags and kept placing more orders to us.
