The First Order: Dec 2020, Federica contacted us through website and requested 1500 sets law enforcement security belts and 2000 pieces black tactical handcuff pouches and 1100 pieces flashlight molle pouches. But we known that customer was asking another trading company at the same time because we received the same inquiry from that trading company.  In the meanwhile, customer started sample order in both us and trading company. Two weeks later, Federica received our samples and trading company’s samples and told us that the quality of the samples were beyond his overdue. Compared with trading company, we had our own brand Yakeda and accepted OEM order at the same time and also a experienced tactical equipment manufacturer. Customer also wanted to look for a long term factory to work with because their main products were clothes and these would be their new areas. Finally, we took the first order on the strength of our factory and reasonable prices.    The Second Order: After two months, at about March 2021, we were just back to office after Chinese Traditional Spring Festival. Federica sent new inquiry to us about 1400 pieces small tool pouches with metal belt clips. Customer wanted to ship them together, so they confirmed the order quickly and then we start bulk production. By the way, it’s our first cooperation, customer asked us to sent pre-production samples before bulk production and shipping sample, which was from mass order and with complete packing before shipping. Though it wasted too much time on shipping, we still followed customer’s instruction based on first collaboration.   The Third Order: The first and second order were shipped at May. At the end of June, customer told us that their new product, small tool pouches sold very well. So they would like to order again. After confirming lead time and price, customer sent PO and advance payment directly. In order to meet customer’s demand and help customers sell more products while they were still hot, we opened a green channel for new orders. The normal production time was about 40 days. This time we took only 30 days to complete the order and help the customer to arrange air shipment.   The Fourth Order: At about September, customer would like to repeat order and quantities increased to 11000 sets tactical duty belts. They wanted to know bottom price and lead time. But customer didn’t reply after quotation immediately. One month later, our production department were going to make a plan for all orders according to delivery time because of Chinese Traditional Spring Festival. This was with about 2 months left before we went on holiday. Thus, I hurriedly sent an email to Federica. About Oct 20th, 2021, customer paid deposit directly and asked us to ship them out before our holiday.   New customers have placed four orders with us in a year due to trust in us. We kept long term relationship until now. On April 17th 2018,our company received a customer from Chile in Canton Fair. We kept in touch until a year later in April, He received a tender regarding 4700 sets military tactical combat army vest from local government. The price and quality had to meet the parameters. Customer worked with airsoft team club and wanted to loook for a military tactical products manufacturer to customize tactical chest rigs with their logo for them.   After the quotation, customer didn't accepted the unit price and bargin with us. Because this tactical chest rigs were in stock and ready to ship, then we communicated with customer and suggested him to increase quantity to 500pcs. We quoted again and this time customer was satisfied with the price. After that, he asked us to send him a sample of tactical chest rig asap.   10 days later, customer received the tactical chest rig. He was very happy about our product of excellent quality; multifunctional design; good workmanship, etc. Customer also said logo was very clear. The chest rig was made of good material that felt comfortable on a soldier. Then he thought it was a great deal of this order and confirmed the order for us in a few hours.  Finally, we finished customized tactical chest rigs with customer's logo and delivered the goods within 12 days.

On May 5th 2021, we received an email regarding 50000 sets customized tactical elbow knee pad from an Indian customer. The customer informed us that his friend had bought YAKEDA products and found them to be of good quality. He informed us that this was a government tender and the price and quality had to meet the parameters and wanted us to help him get the order. After carefully reading the customer's tender requirements and our many years of experience, we quoted the elbow knee pad price to the customer. The first quotation exceeded the customer's target price, and at the same time we gave the customer an elbow knee pad sample according to the specifications of the tender. After 15 days, the customer received the elbow knee pad sample and was satisfied with it, but the price needed further consideration. After several negotiations, YAKEDA gave the customer a 5% discount on the deal. We started to arrange the production after the received 30% deposit. After 2.5 months of production time, it was shipped smoothly. The customer was satisfied with the delivery time customized service and the elbow knee pad after getting the goods.

Contary：France QTY:6800PCS Item NO.:VT-322 Color:Black In 2019, we received the first inquiry from this customer, who was interested in our Tactical vest/Training vest/bullet proof vest. We finally sent him three samples for the tactical military plate carrier, VT-322, VT-6026-1 and Vt-6026-3, free of charge. The customer was satisfied with the Tactical vest/Training vest/bullet proof vest and decided to distribute our Tactical vest/Training vest/bullet proof vest in conjunction with the local market. From the first order of 200PCS in 2019, to 2,000PCS and 6,800PCS later, the quantity is increasing. Customer told us that he got our contact from his friend and noted that we were a outdoor tactical products manufacturer. After received the deposit on 5th May, we had prepared the materials at the first time and confirmed the packing and shipment details in a short time.  We shipped all goods on 10th June, which was10 days earlier than the delivery date requested by the customer.  After the customer received the bulk and let QC checked quality , he was very satisfied for tactical tool bags and kept placing more orders to us.

In 2021, a customer from California USA sent us the first inquiry for 2,000PCS Gun bags and needed our recommendation on the style. We recommended two models to the customer: GN-9111 and GN-9013. GN-9111 is our new style, we can customize the color, material and size according to the customers request. GN-9013 is an often hot-selling model in the U.S. market. We gave the customer a quote for two models, and the customer decided to order GN-9111 after consideration, but with modifications in our design, which required to match the customer's product style. Soon we made samples for the customer and sent them out, and the customer was satisfied with the samples. However, it happened that the customer was on vacation and needed to pay us the deposit after finishing the vacation. Finally, 2 months after the customer received the sample, the customer paid the deposit to us to arrange the production.

He had a offline tactical shop in Turkey and wanted to expand his products such as tactical vests, tactical belts, tactical knee pads, tactial gun case etc. Customer also told us that he's very interested in our tactical vests and bulit his own brand. On 8/7/2019, there was an enquiry of military rucksak duffle bag with 30Kpcs from this customer, but it needed fast lead time of 30days including customized materials. After receiving this enquiry, there was no time and we gave all of our comments&recommend on this project to him at once and got all details confirmed with customer in the same day. After all details conformed, our development department began to make the military rucksak duffle bag sample and then arranged to ship out, total not more than 4days. And our customer finally got the military rucksak on 20/7/2019 and got their perfect comments-high quality fabric,high workmanship,can carry more than 40kgs without any broken. All are the ones what they real want and we finally signed the contract and got the deposit TT copy on 22/7/2019. After receiving the deposit, all of us began to rush this order in order to avoid any problems and we finished this order on 20/8/2019 and flied it on 23/8/2019 successfully. Just got a good news that he received the military rucksak duffle bag one week ago and very satisfied with them and he has a new project on hand and we can start it now. Customer also placed many orders of different style tactical vests with his own brand. 

In April 2019, we received an inquiry from a customer in Nigeria who wanted to order 10,000 sets of KF-064 tactical hydration water bag at a price that would match the African market. This package was originally made of durable polyester material, and then in order to meet the customer's target price needs, we have modified the original basis of.          1. Within the acceptable range of the customer to change the ordinary material.          2. Change the TPU water bladder to EVA water bladder.          3. Cancel the internal mesh bag, replaced by the lining material. Customers think our program is feasible, and asked us to make a sample first. The sample will be completed and sent out three days later. After 7 days of shipping, the customer gets the sample. The client discussed with his team and was finally satisfied with our sample. He asked for 50 Tactical plate carrier/Training vest/bulletproof vests to test the market first, and the Tactical plate carrier/Training vest/bulletproof vests were sold out in less than 10 days. The customer placed another order for 300 Tactical plate carrier/Training vest/bulletproof vests, and in about a month, they were sold out again. The third order, the customer ordered 800 Yakeda plate carrier/Training vest/bulletproof vests, and in less than two months, they were already booked out by the customer. The fourth order, 1,200 plate carriers, is being packed for shipment. During the cooperation process, the customer also provided some valuable suggestions. Because of Covid-19, we couldn’t go out side to attend international military equipment exhibitions and only got the exhibitor lists from our friends and emailed each exhibitor via email/phone/whatsapp etc. We did background search for each exbitiors, filtered out target customers and emailed them differently based on their main products and different positions.   2. Sample Inquiry About 10 days later, we got a response to our previous emails from  Belgium. Customers askes us to sent tactical boots catalog for review. Later, customers sent us back five items and wanted to see more pictures or videos of those tactical boots. They're BT-3011/BT-3013/BT-3009.  After customers checked the pictures and videos, they would like to order some sample to check quality. After checking inventory, we started sample order. 10 days later, customer received the tactical boots and much satisfied with them. But we need to wait their customers to confirm the order.   3. Order Inquiry We kept in touch with customers all the time. Finally we received the inquiry of  customized tactical boots (1 color, 5 different size) about one month later. They confirmed the quantity of 580 pairs and customzied logo and place shortly because we took advantage of our factory and location to offer a resonable price for customer.  4. Production Customer confirmed the order and packing details to us and then we began to order raw material incluidng leather, oxford material, shoeslaces etc and arranged production line.    5. Increase in order quantity When boots were in production, we received email from customers that they would like to increase order quantity from 580 pairs to 1000 pairs. As it's a new customer, we're so happy to hear that and rearrange addtional material at the first time. 6. Delivery After 35 days, 1000 pairs tactical boots were finished and also passed quality-checking by third party.
