1. How did customers reach us?
Because of Covid-19, we couldn’t go out side to attend international military equipment exhibitions and only got the exhibitor lists from our friends and emailed each exhibitor via email/phone/whatsapp etc. We did background search for each exbitiors, filtered out target customers and emailed them differently based on their main products and different positions.
2. Sample Inquiry
About 10 days later, we got a response to our previous emails from Belgium. Customers askes us to sent tactical boots catalog for review. Later, customers sent us back five items and wanted to see more pictures or videos of those tactical boots. They're BT-3011/BT-3013/BT-3009. After customers checked the pictures and videos, they would like to order some sample to check quality. After checking inventory, we started sample order. 10 days later, customer received the tactical boots and much satisfied with them. But we need to wait their customers to confirm the order.
3. Order Inquiry
We kept in touch with customers all the time. Finally we received the inquiry of customized tactical boots (1 color, 5 different size) about one month later. They confirmed the quantity of 580 pairs and customzied logo and place shortly because we took advantage of our factory and location to offer a resonable price for customer.
4. Production
Customer confirmed the order and packing details to us and then we began to order raw material incluidng leather, oxford material, shoeslaces etc and arranged production line.
5. Increase in order quantity
When boots were in production, we received email from customers that they would like to increase order quantity from 580 pairs to 1000 pairs. As it's a new customer, we're so happy to hear that and rearrange addtional material at the first time.
6. Delivery
After 35 days, 1000 pairs tactical boots were finished and also passed quality-checking by third party.
