The First Order:
Dec 2020, Federica contacted us through website and requested 1500 sets law enforcement security belts and 2000 pieces black tactical handcuff pouches and 1100 pieces flashlight molle pouches. But we known that customer was asking another trading company at the same time because we received the same inquiry from that trading company. In the meanwhile, customer started sample order in both us and trading company. Two weeks later, Federica received our samples and trading company’s samples and told us that the quality of the samples were beyond his overdue. Compared with trading company, we had our own brand Yakeda and accepted OEM order at the same time and also a experienced tactical equipment manufacturer. Customer also wanted to look for a long term factory to work with because their main products were clothes and these would be their new areas. Finally, we took the first order on the strength of our factory and reasonable prices.
The Second Order:
After two months, at about March 2021, we were just back to office after Chinese Traditional Spring Festival. Federica sent new inquiry to us about 1400 pieces small tool pouches with metal belt clips. Customer wanted to ship them together, so they confirmed the order quickly and then we start bulk production.
By the way, it’s our first cooperation, customer asked us to sent pre-production samples before bulk production and shipping sample, which was from mass order and with complete packing before shipping. Though it wasted too much time on shipping, we still followed customer’s instruction based on first collaboration.
The Third Order:
The first and second order were shipped at May. At the end of June, customer told us that their new product, small tool pouches sold very well. So they would like to order again. After confirming lead time and price, customer sent PO and advance payment directly. In order to meet customer’s demand and help customers sell more products while they were still hot, we opened a green channel for new orders. The normal production time was about 40 days. This time we took only 30 days to complete the order and help the customer to arrange air shipment.
The Fourth Order:
At about September, customer would like to repeat order and quantities increased to 11000 sets tactical duty belts. They wanted to know bottom price and lead time. But customer didn’t reply after quotation immediately. One month later, our production department were going to make a plan for all orders according to delivery time because of Chinese Traditional Spring Festival. This was with about 2 months left before we went on holiday. Thus, I hurriedly sent an email to Federica. About Oct 20th, 2021, customer paid deposit directly and asked us to ship them out before our holiday.
New customers have placed four orders with us in a year due to trust in us. We kept long term relationship until now. At 2022, customer would like to add tactical outdoor backpacks in their country and placed 10000 pieces backpacks.
